SPONSOR’S POST ON X FOR THIS CAMPAIGN (“SPONSOR’S CAMPAIGN POST”) WILL INCLUDE THE SPECIFIC TERMS OF SPONSOR’S OFFER, INCLUDING THE END DATE, REWARD, CAMPAIGN NAME, AND SPONSOR’S NAME, ADDRESS AND WEBSITE. OFFER GOOD UNTIL THE END DATE LISTED IN SPONSOR’S CAMPAIGN POST OR WHILE SUPPLIES LAST, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.  
  1. Promotional Offer: To receive your Reward (“Reward”), you must take the following steps:
    • Locate Sponsor’s Campaign Post on X promoting Sponsor’s Coupon (“Sponsor’s Coupon”). 
    •  “Quote repost” Sponsor’s Campaign Post on X in accordance with these Terms.
    • If Rewards are still available for this Campaign and you satisfy the eligibility requirements of these Terms, you should receive a “Success” message that your Coupon has been claimed and accessible via the Suku Wallet.
    • To obtain your Coupon, follow the link in Sponsor’s “Success” message to the Suku Wallet. 
    • After you access your account on the Suku Wallet, go to the “Collectible” section of your Suku Wallet, find Sponsor’s Coupon and copy the Code for the Coupon.
    • Go to Sponsor’s website (“Sponsor’s Site”) located in Sponsor’s Campaign Post to redeem your Reward.  
    • In order to redeem your Reward, you will need to copy the Code and/or type the Code for the Coupon into the 'Apply Coupon' part of the Sponsor’s Site during checkout process and follow the remaining steps to check-out. .  
  • Download the link provided to you at check-out to receive the Reward included in Sponsor’s Campaign Post.   
  Limit one (1) Reward per person / per X account for this Campaign.  Duplicate requests will constitute fraud.  You must have a valid X account, Suku Wallet account and email address to participate in this Offer.  Theft, diversion, reproduction, transfer, sale or purchase of this Offer is prohibited and constitutes fraud.  No substitutions or cash redemptions.  Any applicable taxes (if any) are your responsibility. Reward is only redeemable through the steps set forth in these Terms. Any other attempted form of participation is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of participation are permitted. 2. Eligibility:  Offer limited to residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., aged 18 or older.  Void outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. You must have an X account and a Suku Wallet account to participate in this Offer. If you do not have an X account or a Suku Wallet account, you need to register for an X account and a Suku Wallet account, both of which are free.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to not redeem the Reward of any individual it finds to be engaging in fraud or undermining the legitimate operation of this Promotion or acting in an abusive, fraudulent, deceptive or disruptive manner or in violation of these Terms. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor, SIM Partners LLC (“SIM Partners”) and Suku Labs, Inc. (“SukuLabs”) reserve the right to make the final decision with respect to redemption and/or fulfillment of Reward, in their sole discretion. 
  By participating, you hereby agree these Terms and Sponsor’s privacy policy, located on Sponsor’s Site , and the SukuLabs standard terms of service, which can be found at https://www.suku.world/terms-of-service-labs (“SukuLabs TOS”) and privacy policy, which can be found at https://suku.world/privacy-policy-labs (“SukuLabs Privacy Policy”). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Promotion should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, cheating, fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for late, non-compliant, or misdirected requests. Requests not complying with all offer requirements will not be honored.  By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, SIM Partners, SukuLabs, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any liability, loss, claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Promotion and/or receipt, use or misuse of the Coupon or Reward, including, but not limited to: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled registrations, requests, URLs, Coupons and/or Rewards; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of requests or registrations at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (e) the administration of the Promotion (including any errors) and/or the processing fulfillment or redemption of any Rewards or requests; (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any Reward; (g) Sponsor’s failure to Redeem the Reward for whatever reason; and/or (h) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any website or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion  and/or the redemption of Rewards or requests. Coupons are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Terms and through legitimate channels, and/or (b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way.  Released Parties are not responsible in any way for Coupons and/or Campaign Posts that contain printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors.  In such event, Released Parties’ liability for printing or other errors is limited to replacement of such Coupon with another eligible Coupon, while supplies last.  You further agree that in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. REWARDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. RELEASED PARTIES ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO DELIVER REWARDS AFTER END DATE OR ONCE SUPPLIES ARE EXHAUSTED.    
  1. Disputes: You waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Terms, including, without limitation, the Promotion. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or the Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York. You understand and agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion and/or any Rewards will not be resolved by any form of class action. 
THESE TERMS AND THE INTERPRETATION OF THESE TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Terms and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Terms and/or the Parties, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
